1.  Portfolio Use & Copyright

All artwork, branding, and images on this website are the property of Tabi DEEsigns, unless otherwise noted.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of any work is prohibited.
  • Tabi DEEsigns retains rights to showcase completed client work for promotional use unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place.
  • Logos, illustrations, and graphics created under contract belong to the client once payment is made in full. Raw design files are only provided if agreed upon in advance.


2.  Client Terms of Service

When you work with Tabi DEEsigns, here's what you can expect:

  • Communication:  Most project communication will be conducted via email for clarity and recordkeeping.
  • Revisions:  Projects typically include a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Turnaround Time:  Deadlines will be set based on scope and availability. Delays caused by incomplete materials or late feedback may affect delivery.
  • Payment:  A deposit is required to begin most custom work. Final files will be delivered once the full balance is paid.


3.  Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of graphic design work, refunds are limited:

  • Deposits are non-refundable  once work has begun.
  • If a project is canceled by the client after the design process has started, payment for work already completed will be required.
  • Refunds may be considered only if no design work has started, and must be requested in writing.


4.  Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously.


What We Collect:

  • Name, email address, and project details when you contact us.
  • Anonymous data from website analytics (like page views and time spent).


How It's Used:

  • To respond to your inquiries or service requests.
  • To improve website experience and performance.


Your Rights:

  • Under  GDPR  (for EU visitors) and  CCPA  (for California residents), you may request:
  • A copy of the data we have on you.
  • That we correct or delete your data.
  • To opt out of data collection and marketing communications.
